MEMORIAL SERVICE         10-10:30am    EHS Memorial Site (outside, by the art room)

TOUR             10:30-11am    EHS Tour
Take a look around the high school and check out your old stomping grounds!

FAMILY BBQ         12-2pm        Anderson Park (17^th & Summit)
Enjoy some time mingling with classmates and their families. Cost: free! Seating is limited so please bring chairs/blankets.

DINNER         6:30-8:30    Machine Shop (1440 Main St)
Enjoy a delicious dinner catered by Gateway Grille. (For those that have already sent in their payment)

DANCE & SOCIAL     8:30-?        Machine Shop
Come catch up with your classmates, dance and have a good time…even if you didn't come to dinner! Cash bar available.

Hello Classmates,
If you are attending the dinner on Saturday, July 3 please pay and reserve your spot by following the link below. The cost is $31 per person if paying via Pay Pal (Pay Pal charges us for each transaction made). This is the easiest way for us to keep track of payments.
Please email evanston2000(at)gmail.com if you would like to send a check. The cost per person if sending a check is $30.

Payment needs to be made by JUNE 18th.

As a reminder the dinner will be held Saturday, July 3 from 6:30-8:30 at the Machine Shop with a dance/social afterwards. Dinner is being catered by Gateway Grill and should be delicious! There will also be a cash bar available. The other events, Friday night social and family BBQ on Saturday, are free of charge. We will have donation jars available at those events with all proceeds going to cover the cost of food and towards our next reunion.

FYI - Instructions if you don't have a paypal account:
1) Select the # of people attending and click on the "buy now" button below
2) After you are taken to a new page, look to the left of the paypal login. There should be something that says "Pay with credit card" or "Don't have a Pay Pal Account" and then the underlined words "continue to checkout" or "continue". Click on those underlined words.
3)You can then pay by credit card WITHOUT signing up for paypal. You do have to put in an email and password.

Don't worry if paypal asks for your address for shipping costs, they include that for people selling items. There won't be any extra fees added.

As a reminder, the dates for the reunion are July 2-3, 2010. There will be an adult get-together for Friday, July 2, a family BBQ for lunch on July 3, and dinner/dance at the Machine Shop for classmates and significant others the evening of July 3. We should have a more finalized schedule with the times and location of the BBQ in the next few weeks and will post that as soon as we know.

Dates!!

Hello all! The dates for the reunion have been set! We are going to do it over 4th of July weekend next year, with the events on Fri the 2nd and Sat the 3rd. We are tentatively planning a something on Friday night, a family BBQ Saturday afternoon, and a dinner/dance for classmates and their significant other on Saturday night. Times and places to be determined. If you would like to help out with any of the planning...especially those that live in Evanston let us know!
Can't wait to see everyone!
